To avoid unfortunate accidents, We highly recommend putting away all sensitive memorabilia.
We do not clean outside porches or yards. No exterior cleaning.
Because we do my best to satisfy each customer, refunds are not offer. However, if the client is not satisfied with the service performed, we are willing to return to complete cleaning concerns we may have missed or overlooked.
Weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning services are priced based upon the needs of the home. The time frame discussed is for maintaining the home at a lower rate. Booking outside of the discussed time frame may result in the client paying full price for that appointment based on the condition of the home.
Recurring bookings and grace periods: Weekly-every 7 days. Biweekly- every 14 days. Monthly- every 31 days. There is a (3) day grace period for Weekly and Biweekly bookings and a (5) day grace period for Monthly bookings.
If you have to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.
All new clients must create a client profile with email, home address, and phone number. New clients must also confirm their cleaning 24 hours before their scheduled appointment.
